 - Thrift items should honestly represent condition and wear
 
Prohibited Items
- Weapons or dangerous items
 - Illegal substances or medications
 - Stolen or suspicious goods
 - Items that violate intellectual property rights
 - Adult content or materials
 - Live animals or animal products from endangered species
 
Communication Standards
All communication on Kodra should be:

Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors on Kodra must:

 - Write honest and detailed product descriptions
 - Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
 - Ship items promptly as described
 - Honor return and refund policies
 - Report any issues or concerns to Kodra support
 - Maintain appropriate business practices
 
Buyer Guidelines
Buyers should:
- Read product descriptions carefully before purchasing
 - Ask questions if anything is unclear
 - Provide accurate delivery information
 - Pay promptly for orders
 - Leave honest and constructive reviews
 - Contact vendors directly for minor issues before escalating
 - Report fraudulent or inappropriate behavior
 
Content Moderation
To maintain our family-friendly environment, Kodra actively monitors:
- Product listings and images
 - User communications and reviews
 - Profile information and photos
 - Reported content and behavior
 
Content that violates our guidelines will be removed, and repeat offenders may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
Reporting System
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:
- Use the "Report" button on product listings or profiles

 - Provide specific details about the violation
 - Include screenshots if helpful
 
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and appropriate action is taken to maintain community standards.
Consequences for Violations
Violations of community guidelines may result in:

 - Content Removal: Inappropriate listings or content removed
 - Temporary Suspension: Account suspended for repeated violations
 - Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations result in permanent account termination
 
Appeals Process
If you believe your content was removed or account suspended in error:

 - Provide your account information and details of the issue
 - Explain why you believe the action was incorrect
 - Include any supporting evidence
 
Appeals are reviewed by a different team member and resolved within 5 business days.
